Yes, NOTHING has been happening! That is absolutely correct, as evident by the lack of financials. Nothing CAN happen until the company becomes current. Obviously, GIFX can’t dilute until the company gets rid of the Caveat Emptor designation. Once that happens, I believe it’s off to the convertible note races. Mark it!
