Nothing New Here! Honestly, delayed 10q was no surprise. I have never seen a company release a Q before the 10k especially when completing a merger. Sorry, but if the pps goes down today it will because retailers will be buying into bid or lower capitalizing on the 10q delay! MM will be more than happy to join to cop your shares or short.
The OS increase compared to some with no proven financials is minimal compared to other otc companies. To uplist they also have to have a certain ratio between the AS/OS which it wasn't so that may have a part in the increase as well,imo.
They have filed the proper forms on time and yes they are extremely late on 10k but they are doing their due diligence for the most part except for keeping SH 100% in the loop. But, they are working on it.
We have 2 options today. Buy and sell cheap or Hit the Ask when buying to make newbies pay more to get our shares! I'm hoping its the latter! GLTA!
