JPS holders need to use their brains not emotions.

If new JPS are issued with discounted price, with better interest rates and with better terms then what will happen to PPS of legacy JPS, and that too with indefinitely suspended dividends for JPS holders until FnF are fully recapped (God only knows how long it will take to fully recap).

New JPS will have to have higher liquidation preference to legacy JPS holders pushing down the legacy JPS hodlers to the bottom.

The best plan for all is, "Release and Recap". I
