Wow great find and that’s VERY interesting. It’s certainly in their interest to keep it below a nickel until July 25th so that they’ll double their shares. If we push through even for just a day then the incentive to keep it below a nickel is gone and it’s then in everyone’s best interest to have it go up!

Those are very good terms given the share price and share structure at that point. Those guys wouldn’t sell the entire company for shares of BFCH if they didn’t think those RESTRICTED shares would be worth a boatload in the future. Hopefully we break a nickel before July starts so the real push can begin! 0.25 this summer still imho:)
