Z06 MAN - The 72 hour SEC reg/guideline window ends after OTC market close on Wed. 6/19. Kim could sit on a PR until then just to keep flippers and shorts guessing on significant content/context.

This isn't the first time the VN press has reported in advance of KBLB press releases and it won't be the last. Kim knows he can't control the VN press.

From the VN perspective this is significant reportable news announcing both MARD & VIETSERI approving KBL/Prodigy's phase 2 plan as well as the potential for 5,000 sericulture jobs being created for the hardworking farmers in Quang Nam.
