This is not new information....Read my post from 5/10/2019, from 40 days ago. I also reported this since the attorney’s letter on 4/23, when he showed the OS of 4.962 billion. If you subtract 1.4 bil from that, you get a OS of 3.562 bil. This was known Two months ago. See the Table in the reference below:
