If WH selects Recap and Release then it is not going to boost economy in next 2 or 5 years. In fact it may bring down the economy with many risks and uncertainties.

If WH selects Release and Recap then it will immediately boost the economy by releasing the locked up investor's money and FnF's locked up value. The Gov tax revenues will increase and consumer spending will go up. There are no risks and uncertainties, and economy will take off.
