Would you agree that the negotiations are looking good if the OTC profile updates have already started? I don't think he would have even released info about HU Logix or any Twitter updates without getting note holders to finish negotiations. The whole point Jason made about going dark since 2016 was to get note holders to renegotiate their positions.

Now, here's my opinion: negotiations were already over before any news updates were released. The trick was to keep the stock in a dormant/worthless state until negotiations were done. What we are seeing now is the chart being professionally formed by perfectly timed news updates.. In other words, he has waited 3 years to bring this public. He can be just as patient about how he rolls out the news to keep the ticker as strong and steady as possible.. The news being Twitter updates, OTC updates & public filings.
