I believe we'll see the kind of life changing corrections to the upside we're expecting when the "market" sees more of the non-real estate assets producing revenue. Isn't that why $AXXA is doing these deals anyway? Aquire undervalued assets, incorporate them into their businesses, do what they do to make them work, and exponentially grow what they produce?

The traditional rentals are the base of recurring revs that can still grow over time as the underlying asset grows. It's all the goodwill & IP assets that have the exponential growth potential. And we don't truly know yet what Exxe can do with them, since the deals are just getting done and coming online.

It's as if the market is saying, "asset growth is great, but show me how you're going to make money from them."

Well, market, tick tock. I think even many of us longs may get surprised at where this thing can go!
