I'd be careful if Fields is involved. His M.O. is usually that of an "activist", but not necessarily for all shareholders...just mostly himself. Been in a few stocks where he was involved and they played out the same way...he takes a minority interest, then makes a big stink about the management and/or Board, then starts a proxy fight which costs the company money, and then the company eventually buys out his stake at a premium to make him go away.
