IMO, the shorts took advantage of the fact that we ran up so fast, and generally low volume to start this flush. A few weeks ago, this stock was low volume and on no one's radar--just getting noticed. These guys must have some algorithm for detecting quick run-up stocks, particularly OTC.

I have absolutely zero idea if Barry sold or not, nor care, because he couldn't move the stock like this by himself. But, it is possible that some of his other followers, traders who decided to pull this on their own, did make a quick buck on the run-up, and thus we had weaker hands than we thought on the buy-up.

FWIW: I saw Clay do this before on AMRN (and others)...he suddenly appears and tries to sound neutral. IMO, it is a signal and brings on the short squad (paid suscribers who know the drill). In the case of AMRN when it popped, said a big congrats to the longs, then came back a bit later "coincidently" along w/more shorts. It's bs.

Understand, they are not trading on "news" but on technicals...if these guys don't cover, and the nas news is released, the squeeze will be all that more powerful.

No...there's been no "leak" of Nasdaq rejection...at this point, the most they would do is another info request, not reject outright. No one knows; my guess is the Nasdaq is simply being slow. This is not but a day outside the average bounds of listing.

Here's my personal reasoning: Honestly, someone like Hatch has nothing to lose with putting his name on the BOD and 250k free options in exchange. But, some of the other guys are indeed big players, not interested in flipping their shares for a buck profit, but in it for big money. At the end of the day, one has to figure that all this happening is noise as the plane hasen't even taken off the runway yet. You don't get a team of this caliber together, taking shares instead of pay, unless they think they see paths to substantial sp appreciation. As of now, this is low rent games.

And a side note: do people here not agree that Clay Trader, while "on topic" violates the TOS because his "analysis" is given within the context of an ad? Opinions appreciated.

Maz
