To close a LOI of a small company with a couple millions in revenues, probably belonging to one individual, is not the same thing like to close a LOI of apartment units worth $80 000 000, when banks are involved, and need to analyze the deal, and give their ok, and also these apartment units belong to several individuals.

Obviously the last ones will take much more time.
