Lol. Seriously again? Many people called the company, spoke to Cliff and Ray, called IR and what did it get them 0. Everyone did their proper homework. Everyone relied on PR's and other DD. What did all that DD get anyone? 0. All that calling, all that DD turned out to be a useless waste of time and effort. Spain gone. Management gone.

which is why i always suggest doing the proper homework when one's money is involved. call the company, talk to execs. call subsidiaries, talk to management and employees. keep calling until you get your answers.
