frontloading, just got back from vacation and before I left I had a chance to talk again with an SEC attorney, she informed me based on the information I shared with her that it doesn't have to be called fraud, but the way he is using his wording to entice investors to buy shares in which they sell into. I'm holding off just a little longer to ensure I'm giving the Company the benefit of the doubt, but if those revenues, and that shareholders value that has been stated over and over again as the stock price went down, down, down, it's almost certain someone was selling into all those PR's.
Lastly, Jimmy going back and trying to restate the revenue recognition after the fact well after they enticed shareholders to buy at high prices is not going to work either.
