Yes, it was supposed to be “shortly after” closing mentioned in PR ( and they never filed an 8-k with PR). Every RM closing I’ve seen, the SEA has been executed simultaneously along with filing of an 8-k with closing docs (not weeks later), otherwise the deal isn’t exactly consummated when there’s yet to be a share exchange.

This has been the most backward RM I’ve ever come across LOL.
