Very probably happened. Things are seen and heard, rumors get out, people act. This term sheet is a big deal, relatively speaking. And it's vital to the company to get a deal, no matter how incremental.

I just finished buying back my full position. If the deal is signed, the shares will rise again, even higher than recently. But $1 is not likely and unwise to expect. Few would be happier than me but if our FDMC hits even $200MM I'd be surprised, and it wouldn't be sustained. Markets always over correct, both up and down. Volatility is everywhere and always in a market. Amazing how some folks fall into greed and fooling themselves. Everyone should be wary of pumping, not just bashing. You'll repeat the same mistakes, and get frustrated. That leads to more mistakes.
