H360 acquisition is still proceeding, based on the information that we have.

It is true that we have not received official confirmation that the purchase has been closed and that the corporate structure has been updated on OTC Markets. As before, BLDV has delays in completing initiatives. Also it takes a lot of patience, which we have already given, to own BLDV as shareholders. However, I think this will come in due time as everything comes together. My last communication with Josh indicated to me that they are still working together on projects.

Here are the publicly available supporting information that we have that the H360 acquisition is still proceeding:
