The sheer increase in shares, both commons and preferreds, indeed show the abuse, between 2013 and 2019
Without the recent filings, it was very difficult to have the whole picture

So are yoy saying that DILITION FROM PREFERREDS CONVERSIONS HAVE NO IMPACT ON COMMON SHAREHOLDERS?
Are you saying the the HUGE AMOUNT OF DIVIDENDS accrued by the preferreds have NO IMPACT ON COMMON SHAREHOLDERS
Answers to both questions would be appreciated, to inform current common shareholders and investors on the sideline
