Before I bow to your superior "Basic skills", my opinion is that this long expected merger (whatever they want to call it) has been already priced in to some degree.

IF (I doubt it) this goes to .12 on the merger, I don't think it would hold there. I would like to see this HOLD 7¢ on the news.

Guess we shall see soon enough what the bounce will be!
