Smart way to play this is to sell some on 6/20 (news or not) as it should run up a lil between now and then. After 6/20, they will have shot their wad and still need $35m or they have nothing and it gets crushed ! Fairly easy decision as to how to trade this IMO. GLTA - For the record, I think we get news of a rebranding. There will be a name change involved but I am unsure of all the details that Titan will announce.
