I'm averaged in at .51 so not in too bad a shape. If you search Judge Sherwoods cases on that website he is presiding over 500+ cases! Lol! NY Supreme Court is a busy place. So, basically he and his aides will get around to making decisions on this one whenever they have time.
It looks like Yangze has a real case here. But, it looks like HR has friends in high places as well; like NASDAQ. The fix may have been in for a lot of people to make money on Hindenburg's scheme. If so there is a large can of worms under this case and a lot of vested interest in that never seeing the light of day imo.
So, this may drag out. The thing that would end it is NASDAQ de-listing them. In that case I would sell immediately and try to recoup on the bottom bounce. glta
