Bank went belly up. Last Bank Corporate filing was in 2010. Zombie stock promoted by hustler. No assets. FDIC paid all of Bank's customers and closed the Bank down 2010. Only way to Buy is Broker assist (if Broker will take the order).

There was a claim that someone who was a Bank Officer bought shares and bank had reopened. Bullship. Actually, someone from Cal., not related to the defunct Bank, bought enough shares requiring a 13(g) SEC Form.
