There’s like 2 years to worry about the gap. The bonus is quite attractive and there’s no reason for me to sell after that. In fact I’ll be reinvesting the bonus into acrgf. Stz/cgc/acrg will be pretty attractive. I’ll gain 50% more cgc shares than I had when the transaction occurs. I don’t have the time to make that much trading in the next two years. I’ll be sitting pat on my acrgf when the triggering event unexpectedly occurs.
