Does anyone really understand a material deficiency? Apparently not. Costco, Walmart and many others have filed a material deficiency. It can be filed for having a cybersecurity exposure; it can be filed for not having systems in place for accounting for new sources of revenue (does that ring a bell). But this is Elite and the sky is falling. The revenues are increasing and they have drugs pending approval and being prepared for submittal, but six months into the calendar Elite shares are tax loss?
