Except it isnt... the chart is clear on this. Golden cross is due next week, and the difference between previous attempts to cross, is that the PPS is still above the 200 and 5 day. It's going to happen if you ask me, pending nothing catastrophic.

Sentiment is changing, more are investing, rather than trading VATE now. Who wants to get left behind at this point?
