The difference between USRM and Dr. Sheinkop is contained in the article which reads:

"When approved, those who meet the inclusion criteria will be able to undergo a lipo aspiration and have that material sent to a laboratory in San Diego where it will be processed under stringent governmental oversight."

I hope that USRM is allowed, and pursues, getting on the FDA'S bandwagon.
