Two possibilities come to mind, a distribution deal with a big box national chain retailer with the deal having been inked early this year when the press release indicated that Hagen was in talks with several (this will be finalized and announced to the public when the FDA gives clarity about edible CBD), and debt being resolved in a manner beneficial to all shareholders.
