I hear ya, radly. Many times companies putting out a "rating" (read "plug") have positions in the stock, vested interests, are conflicted.

I can only think of one other company, also a bio, that was as big a scam as INO. It was headquartered in NJ and eventually closed their door, but not before making the husband & wife team rich.

INO has made the penny stock promotor Director behind INO rich, too. As well as the stooge Dr. Kim.
INO has run out of people to scam. It is one of the biggest jokes in the stock market, ridiculed.
