Disturbing.
Not sure why many others, particularly the bakers prior and/or future lawyers--or Judges ( provided they are not bought off) have not STOPPED this complete insanity!
Just a cursory look and one can see the destruction on many, many counts:
1. Imagine going to a strictly Jewish side of town on Saturday and ordering/demanding they open up and bake you a bagel, and if they dont you "sue them"
2. Imagine going to a strictly vegan restaurant and ordering/demanding a VERY rare rib steak and if they dont serve you, you "sue them".
3. Imagine going to a strictly Muslim establishment and ordering/demanding a pulled pork sandwich and if they dont serve you, you "sue them".
4. Imagine going to a Hindu or Buddhist establishment and ordering/demanding a pork AND beef stew and if they dont serve you, you "sue them.
5. Imagine . . ..Well we all could "imagine/create" scenarios that would put someone or some group into legal trouble, heck HARASSMENT knows no bounds!! So a mannerly thing might be to RESPECT others and their establishments then go somewhere where one could get their wants fulfilled. NOT choose and pick certain ones to harass/harangue/demonize and divide! These peeps ( ones such as those who have tried to sue the baker) should be investigated for their actions and, I BET, their premeditated motives would divulge very unsavoury goals . . . sheer DEVIANTS dividing America and, most likely, PAID shills by Soros et. al.
