Fortuno: Help me understand your example about having 1 warrant and 40 cents. If you buy a share on the open market for 40 cents you would now have 1 share and 1 warrant effectively meaning you COULD have 2 shares (if you decide to exercise the warrant at some point before it expires).....BUT you still have to pay SOMETHING for that warrant to be converted as the warrants are not free and are not tradeable on the open market.
So, given that many warrants are at .75 wouldn't it effectively cost you .40 + .75 to get to 2 shares as opposed to .40 only to get to 1.5 shares?
