R/S? I m sure it will come, but before that we will see two runs.

We are weeks away from the first run and second one should happen later this year.

The way the numbers are laid out, these folks will bag close to 120m dollars from runs, they will transfer money to overseas account towards CDB expense and pay zero tax .. does it sound complicated?

If they had to do R/S, they should have done by this time, but the plan is to sell as many shares at higher pps.

Everything collaborated and planned ahead, folks are correct 100%, 100% times and 100% ahead of time, because they are one who is running the show.

no surprises here in GNCP.
