Absolutely not! If the DD is valid and can be verified as legit, then there would be no reason to call bullshit.
The DD is legit, therefore, the ONLY way to call bullshit on it is to see it, and to verify its contents. Since this particular board has not seen any whatsoever, calling bullshit is purely speculative.
