The screencap you posted is literally nothing. I can generate the same thing to an equal degree of completion, for free, in 30 seconds.

It's not genuine, ie it isn't a proof of any filing or anything, and requires no special person to generate it. The only thing somewhat interesting about it is that what you provided is not contemporary: it does not include the auto-tallied late fee and interest which automatically is assessed on the form when you generate this form today.

My apologies if you obtained that from a legitimate source, but it itself is not proof of anything. Going through the motions on the Delaware SOS website shows that the debt is still outstanding.

One other interesting detail to note is that the true reported tax burden owed is $293k currently through 2019. Assuming this includes the late fee and interest from 2018, resulting in a tax burden thru 12/31/18 of $212,262.00, hypothetically BRAV has generated or declared $81k in additional taxes (and interest and fees) in 2019, not counting the interest and late fees assessed to the original 200k.

Clicking through to the next page of the form (same as the image screencapped) still pre-fills the debt to pay as $200k however (plus the $50 filing fee, and then also a late fee and interest to be assessed, totaling $212,262.00). So the only thing we can draw from your screencap was that it was generated a while ago.

Unless the 200k was paid and $293k additionally has been generated in 2019 (which would be awesome, but I doubt it), BRAV still owes this money.
