DD has revealed a prostate cancer patient with ED. He recently saw information on the CaverStem treatment. He was very interested so he sent the information to his urologist at MD Anderson in Houston. He is one of the top penile implant docs in the country. He simply asked him what he thought. Here was his reply today, FWIW:

Stem cells therapy is experimental and there is no good data so far for its effectiveness. There is no FDA approved stem cell therapy now. Our scientific societies (SMSNA, AUA and ISSM) do not recommend this therapy at present time (only for research now).
