A shell company with a listing is worth half a million.

If anyone paid $500,000 to take ownership of ERHC they would immediately get slapped with a $9 million lawsuit from Cepsa for ERHC's share of Kenya drilling...unless they ever paid that. Can't see where they did. So already in the red by $9.5 million.

My guess is that ERHC is begging oil companies to look at their assets. I suspect all they hear is crickets.
