Knowing that it's such a gold mine (no questions on that), are the institutions so honest, sacred and golden in following their rules and miss out the accumulations? According to me the institutions and the analysts are all equally corrupt goons (they say sell when they want to buy and vice versa).. so I am sure they will figure out some way to not worry about the good citizens rule of $3.00 and buy if they want.. I don't think it's that 3.00 rule preventing them from taking a stake but something else.
