Have you found anyone that has shares locked up?
Can you find a broker that is locking up shares?
Until then the point is moot?

Only thing you have found is that if you buy shares, there are now less people that can buy them from you.

Do you think RON should be warning gamblers that there are now less gamblers to buy the increasing shares?
