Their plan sucks, doesn't work and isn't even remotely realistic.

Please explain why you think their plan works. What is your background in Healthcare?

I sent the PR to some friends in Healthcare IB, PE and VC and they laughed at how ridiculous the projections are and how stupid traders have to be to buy the stock based on that PR.

The truth is that these projections, just like the projections for their agreement with Magniant, are meant to pump up the stock.
