The part that I highlighted is the key to understanding where Daniels is as far as their business plan is concerned. The fact that Viola mentioned the exploration of business operations management applications, including record/bookkeeping and its migration to the Cloud, implies that the company is in a position to move forward with its merchant banking segment.

Interesting that you brought up Daniel’s Logistics... Some of the new Payless promo videos discuss their role in finding shipments for the drivers they retain in the “Rent-to-Own” program. So while it’s not a separate entity, those services are still very much alive.

I don't know what importance this has to the current shareholders in DCAC but so long as we're delving into the past, why not touch on Daniel's Logistics, also.
