So where are we with the four patents that were allegedly supposed to be assigned to MDTR in the IP acquisition of June 2018?

It appears that Patents #2 (U.S. Design Patent), #3 (Canadian Patent), and #4 (European Patent) have been assigned to MDTR, but the most important Patent, Patent #1, the main Patent for the U.S., has yet to be assigned.
