this stock needs but ONE thing- CLARITY--- and until it gets it, it's a trading range stock at best. I call 'em as i see 'em. And since only the "courts" can give this stock clarity, let's consider that for a moment. AAPL is one seasoned and well-financed court regular. VHC has prospects with valid arguments. But again i reiterate that aapl is an old hand at this stuff. PLUS, the psychology here for judging is not on an even field imho. AAPL is now a chunk of the american overall economy. I know enough about courts to know that the myth of equal and fair justice for all is bs. So i see VHC prospects in overall court end result happenstance NOT being the hyped version of what could and should be. They will fall short. Sadly, this is how badly i view our courts. FWIW---------I have no position here- and have now decided not to take one. But GLTA here!----------On an aside, PAYS is by far the strongest stock on nasdaq- poised to continue its parabolic movement(s) upwards. NO CONTROVERSY. No courts. The ceo there should already be CEO of the year. No hype. No fluff. Just pure execution quarter after quarter after quarter. And the head of the board of directors has taken such smaller gems like PAYS into the truly BIG-TIME before. I urge my friends here to take one serious look at PAYS before it goes past 20.00 and further into the stratosphere.
