I think we can help change things lobster....with enough of us talking about it, perhaps a change could be in the works.

PIPES and toxic loans are certainly not illegal...

However, it is completely illegal to finance a company and then manipulate the stock to suit the financing.

Good stocks are obvious. Extensive DD is how you convince yourself to buy a bad one.
