For all we know Total already partnered with ERHC in the JDZ when Total simultaneously entered the non ERHC blocks in the JDZ... but ERHC and Total cannot disclose that to anyone because of the Kosmos litigation in the EEZ which clearly showed erhc and total in talks over the EEZ.

Remember that a non reporting company like erhc is not required to report material events both negative or positive.

The above is pure speculation on my part.
