de la Garza has failed as the Cipherloc CEO. His actions confirm this assessment. It's all in the CLOK$ financials. Even though there may be disclosure deficiencies in the 10-Q's and 10-K's, there's plenty of information that affirm MDLG's dismal performance. He's overdue to be replaced.
