I will be as well, but I would caution to be patient as this could go lower until we get any real updates. While I do thin the pps is at a HUGE discount right now, we can't predict what will happen until news hits. It's risky on either side until that happens. GLTY as I do think this is a gift for those who are bold enough to take advantage of it.
