CV Sciences has registered the trademark Plus +Hemp Oil on july 27,2018. Similar design as Plus+cbd. It is now being examined by an examiner on August 5, 2018. There is an individual who has applied for trademarks Hemp cbd plus and hemp cbd + on January 29,2019. We know CW uses hemp plus on their labels. Cbd and plus are so generic and confusing the public. Omg even if cvsi gets a trademark for plus cbd & or plus hemp, their trademark attorney will be in federal courts fighting these offenders. New Harvest would be the wisest move on their part. If you recall, someone on October 2018 registered domains for newharvestcbdoil.com/net/.org and newharvesthempoil.com/net/.org. Most likely CV Sciences in coordination with DuPont imo
