I've shared everything i know at this point. So much involved with the process of the new accountant. Nothing bad. Not one thing. Just a drawn out process. Everything is going good. Only thing negative to report is the 10k got delayed considerably. Not the companies fault. The 10k will be out any day. Yes the accountant did take a vacation. In defense of him it was a planned vacation well before 4lesscorp even hired them. There were several forms that needed to be redone. There is still a institutional investor in the works. There are some other things the company wants to share but are needing the 10k completed. It's coming. Boom is almost here.
