however it was in Europe, it was a public filling station, no details about what triggered it (was an owner refuelling at the time?), what is the track record of the station designer, builder, operator? Who supplied the H2? who confirms that that H2 will work in that equipment etc etc. (yes you can get imperfect dirty H2 )

PLUG's MH business is protected since in he most part they provide the infrastructure and all operators are trained and equipment serviced. The only incident has been a faulty H2 tank at the P&G facility which exploded after an operator error.
