New Harvest.com registered on January 31,2019 for continuation and CV Sciences registration on February 1, 2019 was coordinated between the two concerns.

Who knows if there was coordination on this. I'm just passing along what I heard from the source. No partnership with DuPont. This does not mean there will not be collaboration between the two for future products.

Also, just replying and questioning as to why would a customer challenge a supplier/mfg of product for a website as suggested by Chillin, that's all. Seems like a bad idea to me. But I could be wrong.

Using New Harvest for cv007 makes a lot of sense because DuPont has the ingredients and expertise to combine cbd with gum.

I can see that.

Why use New Harvest for one product? Wouldn’t you want to have all your products under one trade name? +cbd can be retained as a service mark and current and past consumers will not be confused.

Speculaltion on my part - PlusCBD is being used for human products at this time. Why change it.

Possible new future products -- Pet lines, drug lines. Maybe this is where the new TM is going??

CV-007 will be a drug line; IMHO it will need to have another trademark/ brand, so as not to confuse the Homer Simpsons of the world.
