MARKETING AND SALES PLAN FOR THE NEXT SEVERAL WEEKS





1. Over the next few days, as the 2001 annual report is being translated into English, it will be published in PINK SHEETS NEWS.
The report has been audited by an accountant and submitted to the tax authorities as mandated by law.
The report for 2002 is currently being prepared and will be issued by the end of November 2003.
2. During the second half of November, a senior Company representative will hold meetings and trainings in the following countries:
a. Johannesburg, South Africa: with the representatives of Lekoko company- Bobby Hamman and Rob van der Bergh
b. Australia: training for the Australian Customs Service in the cities of Perth, Melbourne and Sydney.
The Company will be giving training sessions to 6 different groups in Australia, meaning to over 120 people. The Australian Customs Service is a long-term customer.
The Company representative will hold meetings with two additional companies In Australia: Gilmore Group and BIOLAB. Both of these companies are located in Melbourne.
c. Thailand: The meeting has not been finalized yet.
3. About two weeks ago, at the invitation of the Company, a four-person delegation from Romania visited Israel. The group was led by the Deputy Minister of the Interior, who is also in charge of the war on drugs.
To summarize their visit, they have decided to purchase drug detection kits from the Company in an amount at least equal to the budget for the current year. This means the purchase of many kits, with the final number being determined by the end of October.
This past week the Company began the process of registering its products in Romania according to Romanian law.
For the fiscal year of 2003, the budget allotted by the government of Romania for the purchase of Company products will be much higher and will exceed $1 million.
While the Romanian delegation was in Israel, it was agreed with the Romanian Deputy Minister of the Interior that there would be further cooperation for the provision of consulting services on the establishment of the Romanian Ant-Drug Authority, which is still just getting started.
To do this effectively, the Company representative will soon receive initial data from Romania. It was decided that Mr. Shlomo Gal would travel to Romania to meet with the staff of the Romanian Authority during the second week of November.
4. Real progress has been made with CVS. The products are currently in the final stages, and are being photographed and entered into the online catalogue. The parties are also discussing the best and most effective method of advertising and marketing the kits.
5. Additional contacts have been established in other countries: Britain, France, Jordan and with an additional entity in the US aside from the company handling the CVS account. The contacts in these countries have only just been established.
6. The meetings held last month with representatives of Mosvneshinform from Russia were very interesting and there is reason to believe that the Russian market will open up to Company products.
